5 Reasons Why it is Good to Stop Smoking With EFT
Much of the literature out there concentrates on hypnosis or hypnotherapy as the top alternative approach to stop smoking. However, a revolutionary new treatment called EFT, short for Emotional Freedom Techniques, is beginning to vie for first place. And you may well wonder why.
EFT is a technique that releases negative emotions by stimulating certain acupressure points whilst saying some special wording. The two together are very effective. Perhaps you have tried EFT already for yourself (or for your clients). Or maybe this is all new to you. Anyway, these are 5 reasons why it is good to stop smoking with EFT rather than any other method.
EFT gets to the root of the problem and takes it out from the root. As any gardener knows, weeds are best taken out from the root, otherwise they may re-grow.
EFT does not work for stopping smoking unless it releases the underlying emotional reasons why you smoke. An added bonus of this is that when you stop smoking with EFT, you will become more calm and balanced. In other words, you will not only get all the benefits from stopping smoking per se, but you will also feel better overall.
EFT can be self-applied. You can work from free YouTube videos or invest in a very low-cost script or workshop, where you learn how to apply EFT yourself for quitting smoking. So not only can you save money by stopping smoking, but you can also save money on the treatment.
Using EFT for stopping smoking means that you do not have to force yourself to quit cold turkey or have willpower to fight cravings. There is no willpower involved, because you do not have to fight any cravings; they simply vanish.
EFT is a tool that you can use for other things once you have stopped smoking. You can use it for back pain, a phobia, increased confidence, an allergy; almost anything! So not only do you stop smoking, but you also gain a great new tool to help you improve every aspect of your life should you wish to do so.
Now you are probably beginning to see why EFT is fast gaining popularity as a method of choice for stopping smoking. If you have never EFTed before, you may wish to experiment with other issues first. For example, if you have back pain or stiff shoulders, you may wish to try EFT for releasing this discomfort.
Or if you have a challenge with public speaking, you can experiment by using EFT to gain more confidence on public speaking occasions. When you are comfortable using EFT, then go for the smoking. You may be pleasantly surprised how good quitting can feel.
